Notes on the date (not on shifts)

I was also wondering if there would be a way I could add general notes to a specific day of the pay period? For instance, we didn’t work on Tuesday because of rain. I’d like to add a note to that day on my team member’s work schedule so if any questions ever come up why that day had no hours, there would be a note stating the reason.

That's a great idea James, we don't have anything like this yet. I'll make a note of it. For the time being, you can create a time entry with duration 0 (start and end time the same) then you can put a note there.

i agree- to be able to add a note to the date (with or without entering a shift) would be helpful
